Leadership
Phil Waturuocha, Administrator
In a perfect world, we'd all want to be the primary caregiver of choice for our loved ones — perhaps an aging parent, grandparent or other family member — to ensure that they receive the care they need with the dignity and compassion they deserve. For millions of Americans, however, that's an impossible choice.
We are constantly reminded that every patient or client in our care is somebody's mother, father, grandparent, son, daughter or other family member. That's why we intensely prioritize a corporate culture of compassionate care among all of our caregivers. It all starts with unwavering emphasis on recruiting, training and nurturing clinical and non-clinical staff who share our vision of dignifying care that know no bounds.
